Olympic Lifting Class

Join us with Coach Kyle leading our Olympic lifting class.  Learn how to increase strength in the classical lifts: the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. During class, you will be taught the technique that accompanies these lifts in great detail, as well as strategies for improving your performance. Whether it’s using these lifts in a CrossFit workout or even trying to compete in Olympic lifting, this class will prepare you to perform the classical lifts in a safe and strong manner.
