Program Description
Starting a new program, especially CrossFit, can be a little daunting. Not to worry! Our On Ramp is a foundational course to acquaint new athletes with the 9 basic weightlifting movements we do in CrossFit, plus the 2 Olympic lifts and all the basics to get you ready for classes. Private sessions are available at a time that works best for you!
