Skill Focus: Double Under Practice
Spend 5-7 min working on technique
Max height box jump 3-5 attempts
WOD:
7 ball slams 20#/14
14 Russian twists (tot)
7 mb crossover push ups
AMRAP in 15 min
Post max box hgt and # rds for score

We could not be more proud of your performance, drive, determination, athleticism, sportsmanship and the ability to compete at such a high level wod after incredibly challenging wod. To win not only 1 but 2 Events, 3rd in yet another and hold your own amongst the best athletes in the Southeast at your first go at Regionals with less than a year of CrossFit under your belt. Amazing. Utterly amazing--that's the only word that I can think of to describe you--as an athlete, person and friend. We are so proud to have you represent our community.
