Some days you don't feel the need to re write the book. . .

I make no claim to fame here.  This dinner is straight out of but way too amazing not to share.  I made as is with the exception of not grilling the rice in foil packets.  In fact, it was so good I am going to re make for Labor Day weekend!

Grilled Jamaican Jerked Pork Loin Chops
