Skill: Ring Muscle Ups - 10 -15 min of work
People that have MU - work on stringing multiples together
Those that do not:
5 sets of 2-3 Ring to hip
5 sets of 3-4 Kip to ring pull up
4 sets of 5-7 Pull ups
Make sure to take 2 min of rest in between sets

WOD: For time
10-8-6-4-2
Deadlift 255/175
*10 Bar Facing Burpees between every set (end on burpees)
