Skill/focus:  Power Snatch
build load 2 x 5, 1 x 3

Workout:
Power Snatch x 2 emom for 10 min @ 60-70% 1rm

2 min rest
2 min mas box jumps
2 min rest
2 min max pull ups
2min max rest
2 min max cals on rower
Post total# of reps and # cals for score
