Warm up:  400 m run, 3 x 5 burpees, pull ups

Skill/focus:  Take 10-12 min to practice 3 gymnastics skills of your choice.  "Back tuck, front handspring, etc"  note from Coach Janet "Ha, Ha"
Options include, but are not limited to -- pistols, hspu, wall climbs, kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, muscle ups, L sits, t2b etc
