Warm Up: 400m run, 2 X 10 squats, 10 lateral reaching lunges total

Skill Focus: Back Squat
2 x 5, 1 x 3

WOD

Backs squat bw
3 sets for max reps
3 minute rest btwn

30 walking lunge steps
30 sit ups
400m run
3 RFT
Score is total reps for squats and time

HALLOWEEN HORROR WOD:  this Saturday, Oct 27.  ONE CLASS ONLY at 9:00 am.  MUST wear a costume.  Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 as chosen by members votes.

Not sure where this came from but. . . Drink water folks.  If you need flavor add a squeeze of fresh lemon, lime or orange.  Will assist in improved health and performance as well as body composition.
