Post WOB Team Challenge

Warm up:  1 min of each-
-jumping jacks, sit ups, squats, push ups, swings

Workout:
Teams of 4-6

Event #1 Row Ho Ho
row 1000 m
6 min cap
Time is when the last team member finishes.  A 1 min penalty will be added to team time
for ea member that does not finish.

Event #2 and a Bottle of A$$ to Grass
20 back squats
6 min cap
Team score will be total amount of weight lifted by all members

Event #3 Row or Throw Up
10 ring rows
10 wall balls
AMRAP in 6 min
only complete rds count

Event #4 Flat on your Back
Team has 2 bars and 6 min for all members to establish a 1 rm bench press
score is sum of heaviest loads of all members

Event #5 Rubber Burpee
Tire burpees
AMRAP in 6 mins

Clock never stops.  At the call of "rotate" team moves to next station
