Warm up:  250 m row, 10 spiderman walking lunges, 10 burpees

Skill/focus:  Pistol Practice
Take about 5 to 10 min to warm up or determine modification using and warm up to row weight

Wod:
6 pistols per leg
10 1 arm db rows (ea) 35-45#/55-65#
rest 90 s btwn sets
5 sets

10 burpees
15 swings w/ same weight you rowed with
30 du's
Post db weight used and time for score
