Look Good Naked Challenge Celebration:  this Saturday immediately following the special 8:30 am wod.  Remember to dress as your favorite athlete or action hero.  If you haven't already please email with what you will be bringing for the Primal Potluck Brunch.  We have lots of delicious dishes coming thus far.

Many participants have weighed in and taken their After Photos.  In general I must say I am very, very impressed with the results I have seen.  It is going to be a difficult task for the judges to decide tomorrow and in reality there are many many winners.
