Warm up:  400 m run, 2 x 25 m high knees / butt kicks, 50 m carioca

Skill/focus:  2-3 mins double under practice

10 hand release push ups
30 du's

for time

Chris and Eric decided not to wait either.  Brand new to the CrossFit lifestyle Eric has dropped 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks since starting CrossFit and after a week or so of "gentle encouragement" he adopted our Primal nutritional advice.  In less than 2 weeks Chris is down 9 pounds and that's not all--so is his blood pressure--down over 20 points.   That's right where his doctor wanted it but without the toxic drugs he insisted on prescribing.   More times than not nutrition and exercise are enough.
