Gunners and Bunners

Warm up:  3 x 5 of
-pull ups, squats, push ups, lunges (ea leg)

Skill/focus:  Handstand Holds
Partner up and spend about 5-7 mins working on unassisted or minimally
assisted hs holds.  Adv w/out wall, Int w/ wall and Beg, work on kicking up

Workout:
weighted DH pull up @30x1
3. 2. 1. 3. 2. 1
6 pistols per leg or single leg squats
(target something--a box or ball if you do not have a pistol)
rest 60 s

5 chest slap push ups
10 pull ups (c2b adv)
25 lunges
AMRAP in 10 min
