Warm up:  3 position clean--TECHNIQUE
-use 45#/30#, 10 reps each position
-high hang power clean
-mid hang power clean (top of knee)
-power clean (ground)

Skill/focus:  Clean & Jerk
Take 15 to 18 minutes to work up to a heavy clean & jerk x1

Workout:

clean & jerk 135#/95#
ring dips
