Hog Gone Wild on a Broomstick Mile

Warm up:  400 m run,

WOD:
Timed 400 m run to determine teams of 4-5

25 Front Squats
25 Back Squats
25 Overhead Squats
400 m run

25 Shoulder Press
25 Push Press
25 Push Jerk
400 m run

50 squat cleans
400 m run

50 squat snatch
400 m run

All lifts done with a pvc or dowel bar.  Each team must perform each rep in unison - counting out loud each rep.  Each team must run together, going only as fast as their slowest runner.  The entire wod must be completed in unison.  For time
