Breathing Difficulties

Warm up:  2 x 1 min jumprope, 1 strider, 5 burpees, 5 pull ups; lower body mobility

Skill/focus:  Kipping
spend 10 mins working on with a partner; beginning, banded or butterfly for advanced

Wod
Against a 3 min running clock run. . .
300 m run
du's x max reps (sub is lateral jumps over a 6" or 12" pvc hurdle)
5 sets, no rest btwn
Score is # of du's or lateral jumps
