Warm up:  4 x 5 of burpees, pull ups

Skill/focus:  Bench Press
Get in groups and build to working load

Bench press bw/80% bw
3 sets for max reps
3 mins rest btwn sets

10 burpulls
20 bb step ups (10 ea) 95#/65#
4 RFT
Post bench wgt/time for score
