Skill/focus:  Sumo Deadlift

12 unbroken swings* 2 pood/1.5 pood
5 RFT**
*7 burpee penalty on the spot for setting down kb or db prior
to completing reps
**10:00 min cap, scale as needed to keep under
Post 1 rm and time for score
