Alright - Tough Mudder is FINALLY over! Now let's get back to normal...

. . . and start looking forward to the annual CrossFit Jaguar holiday party!  If you were there last year, you only know the half of it. If you were at WOB afterwards... well, you know the other half but probably don't remember it.

Festivities begin at 7:00 pm this Friday at the box.  I will be providing all the meat your healthy, paleo/primal hearts can desire. Please feel free to bring side dishes and desserts (preferably paleo/primal, but if you can sneak in some white flour, I dare you and do so at your own risk). Beer and wine will be available for purchase next door at Jenn's, or
feel free to bring your own.  This year Rick will be making Primal margaritas along with the help of co bartenders Tiffanie and Monique.

Please RSVP and sign up to bring a dish/plates/utensils on the sheet that will be posted next to the whiteboard. We'd like to have a headcount by Thursday morning at the latest, so that everyone knows how much stuff to bring. If you won't be able to make it to the box to sign up, please email Shaina at shainasine@gmail.com and let her know how many will be in your party and what dish/item you'll bring.
