By participating in our up & coming Look Good Naked Challenge. Kick off the New Year by unleashing your inner beast! Get in the best shape of your life, emotionally and physically! Crossfit Jaguar has a fitness plan ready for you. Feel better, perform better, look better and gain an overall sense of well being and confidence. Starting Sat. Jan 14th with our nutritional seminar the Challenge will run through March 9th ending with a celebratory event and cash prizes. 2 winners (1 male, 1 female) will be chosen based on the following criteria:
% of body fat lost
before/after pictures (looking good naked:)
total weight lost
adherence to a Primal diet (Fit Day food log)
overall performance improvements
$25 from ea participant will go into the prize kitty
