Skill/focus:  The Perfect Push Up
1-2 sets to warm up

3 x 5 perfect weighted push ups

Teams of 2 complete:

100 pull ups
100 good mornings 45#/30#
100 renegade rows 40-45#/20-25#
100 ball slams
1000 m row
only 1 partner works at a time, reps/m may be partitioned however they like
For time
Post push up weight and time for score
