Warm up:  2 x 200 m run, 10 jump squats, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups

Skill/focus:  Ring Work
Ring holds w/ partner, ring dips w/ or w/out bands, muscle up transitions, kipping muscle up, stict muscle up

WOD
4 min TABATA of each:
sit ups
flutter kicks
Russian twists w/ mb 20#/14#
mb planks
ball slams
1 min rest btwn
Score is total reps
