Front Squat 3 RM

Warm up:  3x
-5 mb squat clean, 5 l r lunges ea side, 5 mtn climbers ea side

Skill/focus:  Front Squat
2-3 sets to build load

Workout:
front squat x 3
1 arm db row x 6-8
2 mins rest
4 sets

20 wall balls
200 m run
AMRAP in 10 mins
Post 3 rm and # rds for score

For those wondering if the rumors are true I officially signed up for the Tough Mudder competition on Sat, July 30th.  As I told everyone I would decide no later than Aug. 1.  It's no secret that I do not like to run further than 100 m but like I tell everyone we must work on our weaknesses and it will make us better overall.

For those of you that taunted the last several weeks that you would sign up when I did, shave your head or  jump off the skyway bridge--well, got ya!  Now make it good; aways be prepared to back up what you put out there:)
