. . . wish we were in the Keys


Warm up:  400 m run, 25 walkout push ups

Workout:
Teams of 2
200 m walking lunges w/ ball 20#/14#
100 ball push ups
75 wall balls
50 ball box jumps
800 m run w/ ball
for time
While your partner works you must hold a plate overhead 45#/25#
Each person does all the reps

Coaches Mike n Mel came up with this workout about 6 months ago and it was a good one!  We thought it only fitting that while they are having a ball in the Keys this weekend at their bachelor/bachelorette parties we would do this in their honor and celebrate with them.  Hope you two are having fun also!!
