Dry Cleaning

Warm up:  400 m run stopping every 100 m for 10 squats; 3 x 30 s handstand holds w/ partner

Skill/focus:  Push Press

Workout:
Push press 5. 5. 5

6 db hang cleans 40-45#/25-30#
8 ring dips
1 rope climb*
AMRAP in 12 min
Post 5 rm push press and # rds for score
*sub for rope climb is floor rope pulls w/ heavy kb attached

Easter Holiday schedule changes:  no 5 pm class on Friday, Apr.6th, 1 class only on Sat, Apr. 7th at 9:00 am
