Warm up:  10 lunges ea, 10 mtn clmbrs ea leg, 10 ring rows, 2 rds world's greatest stretch

Skill/focus:  Back Squat
1 x 8, 1 x 5, 1 x 3

Workout:
back squat x 4-6 (if you can get 6 go up in weight)
rest 60 s
weighted dead hang pull up x 2-3
rest 2 min
3 sets total

10 wall balls
10 pull ups
5 RFT
Post sq rm and time for score
