Warm up:  400 m run, 10 mtn climbers ea leg, 10 bw split squats ea leg

Skill/focus:  Split Squat
1 x 5, 1 x 3

Workout:
Split squat 5. 5. 5. 5 (per leg, knee must graze ground)
rest 2-3 mins btwn efforts

50 du's
25 air squats
400 m run
3 RFT
Post 5 rm and time for score
