Warm up:  100 m sprint, samson stretch (hold 20 s per side)

Workout:
AMRAP in 5 minutes
Squat clean & Jerk 165#/110#
-full squat clean counts a 1 rep
-full lockout overhead counts as 1 rep
-complete squat clean and jerk counts as 1 round
-after clean and squat with the weight, may do a thruster to complete the overhead portion

3 min rest
