For those of you that have been asking, here it is. . . a recipe for pizza using almond flour that I approve of. I have not tried it, the recipe is compliments of Sarah Pope and posted on her blog. Please follow her directions explicitly for making the flour. I would only use the almond flour in moderation. It is also high in calories and easy to overdo--you do not need in large amounts. Pay attention to the suggested portion sizes
