It wasn't our typical Sat wod of 3. 2. 1. GO! with Pitbull blaring in the background but it was a great day. The sun was shining, the farm was at the beginning of the season and it's quite a good feeling to be able to give back to the community through supporting local, organic agriculture. We put our functionality to task and weeding, hoeing, raking, picking up odd size objects and hauling "compost" proved to all of us how much easier CF Jag training makes this. Thanks to all that showed up. worked hard in the fields and smiled at the compost station. And if you missed it, not to worry I definitely foresee another trip to Sweetwater in the future. After all, the season is only beginning. . .
