For years I had worked out early in the morning on my own, constantly scouring the pages of Oxygen and consulting with trainers on various routines. Last Summer I switched from solo to CrossFit and working out in group setting prompts me to push myself harder. At first blush, CrossFit to me seemed akin to personal group training. I love that you get a bit of one on one from a seasoned coach while working side by side with others in the class.

My first achievement was deadlifting 200 pounds. It was a great feeling but the best was being able to do the rope climb to the ceiling three times in a row! I am working on losing the same stubborn seven pounds that have hung on to my hips for years. My favorite Jaguar memory is Paula yelling at me to pick a heavier weight!
