"Simply put, Nina is an amazing member. She has really been working towards her goal to lose a couple pounds. Every time she comes into class, she is getting closer and closer to blowing that goal out of the water. She is always giving 110% in the workouts, working on improving her nutrition and is also extremely friendly with her other classmates. She loves her Kill Cliffs almost as much as working out. Thank you Nina for being so awesome."  - Coach Justin

What brought you to CrossFit in the first place?

I have been trying out different things; boxing, cross training HiiT and nothing really seemed to stick. I’ve always heard of CrossFit but never really understood what it was. I wanted to take my “working out”
routine to the next level so finally decided to check out CrossFit.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Jaguar?

It’s always something different every day. You can’t get bored. I also like that it challenges literally every part of your body, mind, and soul. You could do cardio, weights, and strength training all in
one day or just one of those. It’s always different! But I have continuously seen myself reach new limits that I never thought I could reach and it’s call thanks to CrossFit.

What has been your favorite thing about the gym?

Love the coaches and the people. It’s a very welcoming environment. Everyone is here to work hard and make gains together. Oh and the Kill Cliffs are awesome too!

What goals are you currently working on?

Working on losing my “getting married weight” hahaha. 30 pounds and able to do a pull up would be amazing!

What is your favorite cheat meal?

A big tin of Chicago Mix Garrett’s Popcorn, straight from Chicago!

What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining CrossFit Jaguar?

Just do it! You will do things you never dreamed of and take yourself to the next level. Don’t be afraid if you feel like can’t do everything like everyone else. There’s plenty we
all still can’t do! It will change your outlook on working out forever. :)
