What are YOU training for?
If it’s strength, power, and speed then this for you. If you are a power athlete that wants to take your sport to the next level, then this is for you. If you want to be as muscular, strong, fast, and powerful as possible this is for you.
Our CFFB “noon” class meets four times weekly. This is an advanced class with minimal coaching. We are a group of athletes training together that have a rock solid weightlifting background. To join, we ask that you are efficient in the movements and have established RM’s that you keep consistent track of. The class will take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half.
