CrossFit Lite incorporates many of the same exercises as CrossFit. Many people want to experience the fun of CrossFit, but may have reservations about the technical Olympic weightlifting movements (the snatch and the clean and jerk). CrossFit Lite involves all the other movements in the CrossFit group class, so don’t be fooled, it is NOT easier than a typical CrossFit workout! When a member is ready (and desires to) they have the option learn Olympic lifting and join our CrossFit classes.

Our CrossFit Lite coaches care about form, mechanics and injury prevention – and understand the importance of coaching you to reach your full potential! If you have been looking to start exercising or looking for a challenging workout that gets results, our CrossFit Lite classes are the answer. These classes will feature a strength progression program utilizing full body movements including bodyweight, dumbbells and barbells, short distance running, speed and agility drills, interval training and nutritional/lifestyle guidance.
You dictate how fast, hard, and heavy you go – this is still an intense workout that requires attention to form and dedication to doing your best! Training indoors guarantees classes will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather and very few have a progressive strength element which is the root of all fitness. We also have bathroom and shower facilities for your use.
